Your journey lasts approximately two hours (including a 30 minute stop in Welshpool). Due to limited seating, passengers must travel out and back on the timed trains shown on your ticket.
Passengers will be allocated to seating bays of two people either side of a central aisle.
Members receive a 50% discount on first class travel.
Unfortunately, dogs are not permitted in our first class carriage.
First class travel available on regular mid-week and select weekend operating days May to September

The organisation which operates Welshpool and Llanfair Light Railway is a registered charity that works hard to sustain our beautiful railway with its lovely locomotives, carriages and rolling stock. As a charity, we can claim Gift Aid on your admission ticket. By Gift-Aiding, you allow us to claim back some of the tax you pay to the government as a donation to the charity.
